Approved storage methods include: locked fireproof safes, locked steel gun cabinets, vaults, or windowless interior rooms with steel security doors and deadbolt locks

Display cases must have steel frames (minimum 12 gauge), hardened steel locks, and either quarter-inch polycarbonate panels or glass with protective laminate film (minimum 0.008 inch thickness)

Firearms may alternatively be secured with hardened steel rods or cables (minimum 1/8 inch diameter) through trigger guards, with bolt-cutter-resistant locks

Street-level retail locations using display cases or cable systems must also install vehicle barriers (bollards, security planters) or locking steel roll-down doors on entrances and floor-to-ceiling windows
