AI cannot serve as an officer, director, partner, manager, or member of any business entity

AI cannot be a spouse or domestic partner, and any attempt to establish such a relationship is void and has no legal effect

AI cannot be held liable as a legal person; liability remains with the humans or entities that develop, manufacture, or own the AI system
