Expands the existing Higher Educational Aids Board tuition reimbursement program (created by 2025 Wisconsin Act 35) to include community paramedics and community emergency medical services practitioners

Individuals or their employers may receive reimbursement for tuition and materials costs incurred in completing DHS-approved training programs for these certifications

Eligibility requires satisfactory completion of the training program and receipt of approval from the Department of Health Services as a community paramedic (under s. 256.205) or community EMS practitioner (under s. 256.21)

Reimbursement applications must be submitted to the Higher Educational Aids Board on a prescribed form
