Authorizes tribal governments of federally recognized American Indian tribes or bands in Wisconsin to copy certified copies of vital records (birth certificates, death certificates, etc.) for administrative use

Exempts tribal governments and their employees from penalties under s. 69.24 (1) (a) that would otherwise apply for copying certified vital records

Copies must be marked "FOR ADMINISTRATIVE USE" to qualify for the exemption

Adds tribal governments to the existing list of exempt entities, which includes financial institutions, state agencies, county departments, Wisconsin Works agencies, service offices, and long-term care districts
