Greendale High School Marching Band won the Wisconsin School Music Association State Marching Band Championship on October 18, 2025, marking their 20th consecutive state title

The band's performance of "Snow Angel" received the highest score across all four classes and earned awards for Best Music, Best Visuals, and Best Percussion

Nearly 200 students participate in the marching band, representing almost 20% of the school's total student body

The band will become the first high school ever to perform twice in both the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Tournament of Roses Parade within a 10-year period

Band director Tom Reifenberg has led the program since 2001 and also serves as cofounder and musical director of the Greendale Community Theatre
