Establishes 10 declared rights including: jobs paying living wages, adequately funded public education and affordable child care, union membership and collective bargaining, and affordable comprehensive health care

Includes rights to a clean sustainable environment, safe affordable housing, transportation, broadband, and equitable access to capital, investments, and retirement

Affirms rights to a fair restorative justice system, recreation, civic participation, and self-determination free from oppression for all residents regardless of documentation status

Non-binding joint resolution expressing legislative intent to renew Wisconsin's "progressive tradition" through these economic justice principles
