Recognizes May 14, 2025, and May 14, 2026, as Hmong-Lao Veterans Day in Wisconsin to honor Hmong-Lao veterans who served alongside U.S. forces in the Vietnam War

Acknowledges that the CIA and U.S. Armed Forces recruited, organized, trained, and assisted Hmong-Lao forces to combat North Vietnamese Army and Pathet Lao forces during the war

Notes that on May 14, 1975, the last Hmong-Lao soldiers and families fled Laos for the Nam Phong refugee camp in Thailand before resettling in the United States, including Wisconsin

References 2021 Wisconsin Act 31, which previously designated May 14 as a day to thank Hmong-Lao veterans and encourage schools to include their military service in Vietnam War curriculum

Recognizes the Wisconsin Lao Veterans of America (WLVA) for establishing chapters throughout the state to serve communities and educate the public about Hmong-Lao veterans' contributions
