Designates August and October 2025 as Agent Orange Awareness Months in Wisconsin to raise public awareness about the herbicide's impact on service members and their families

Recognizes that approximately 2.6 million U.S. service members were exposed to Agent Orange during Operation Ranch Hand in Vietnam from 1961 to 1971, when nearly 20 million gallons were sprayed

Acknowledges Agent Orange as a dioxin and carcinogenic chemical linked to serious illnesses including leukemia, lymphoma, heart disease, diabetes, soft tissue sarcoma, and various cancers

Notes that Agent Orange causes genetic damage, with children and grandchildren of exposed veterans experiencing spina bifida and other health issues

Observes that veterans who die from Agent Orange-related illnesses are not recognized as fatalities of the Vietnam War on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial
