Allows Wisconsin vehicle owners to purchase annual state park stickers ("park stickers") during vehicle registration or renewal through the Department of Transportation

Current annual park sticker fee is $27.50 for Wisconsin-registered vehicles, $15 for additional household vehicles, plus a $0.50 issuing fee per sticker

Requires DOT to collect park sticker fees and deposit them quarterly in the conservation fund for state parks, recreation areas, state forests, and Bong area lands

DOT must provide DNR weekly lists of purchasers, and DNR must issue stickers to those applicants

Takes effect on the first day of the 13th month after publication
