Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement between the State of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee for the 2024-25 fiscal year

Covers state employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit under subchapter V of chapter 111

Authorizes expenditure of funds from statutory program supplement appropriations (s. 20.865) to implement the agreement

Requires the administrator of the division of personnel management to file an official copy of the agreement with the secretary of state, certified by the cochairpersons of the Joint Committee on Employment Relations

Takes effect the day after publication, with specific provisions effective on dates specified in the underlying agreement
