Appropriates $507,100 in each fiscal year of the 2025-27 biennium ($400,000 for grants plus $107,100 for staffing), totaling $1,014,200

Adds 1.0 GPR full-time equivalent position at DOJ to administer the expansion

Vendors providing deflection care technology must have at least 5 years of experience supporting comparable multisite deflection initiatives and meet HIPAA and 42 CFR part 2 privacy requirements
