Extends Wisconsin Shares child care subsidy eligibility to custodial parents who work as employees of child care providers, regardless of whether they meet current income restrictions

Waives income thresholds (currently 200% of poverty line) and asset restrictions for child care provider employees who meet all other eligibility requirements

Creates a new sum sufficient GPR appropriation specifically for subsidies to child care employees who exceed income limits

Appropriates $1,200,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 for administrative costs to implement the program

Covers subsidies for children under age 13, or under age 19 if the child is disabled
