Exempts school/municipal playgrounds that don't primarily derive revenue from fees, gymnastics/dance/cheer facilities deriving 80% of revenue from instruction, and inflatable bounce houses or exercise equipment

Requires operators to comply with industry standards on signage, equipment, staff training, participant supervision, and injury tracking, and to maintain emergency response plans with records available for inspection

Establishes participant responsibilities including following posted rules and avoiding drugs/alcohol, and allows operators to raise assumption of inherent risk as a defense in injury claims under comparative negligence standards
