Creates new statute 946.412 making it a Class H felony to electronically publish, post, or disclose personally identifying information of law enforcement officers on public internet sites or forums

Applies to law enforcement officers, tribal law enforcement officers, correctional officers, juvenile detention officers, and federal agents operating in Wisconsin

Requires proof of intent to intimidate, abuse, threaten, harass, or frighten the officer, OR intent to obstruct or delay a criminal investigation, enforcement operation, or officer duty

Defines "personally identifying information" as any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify an individual
