Prohibits election officials from placing candidates for president, vice president, U.S. senator, or U.S. representative on the ballot if they are conclusively ineligible under the U.S. Constitution

Ineligibility may be established through nomination papers, candidate admission, or other conclusive evidence

Prohibits Wisconsin presidential electors from casting votes for presidential or vice presidential candidates who are conclusively ineligible under the U.S. Constitution

Creates new sections 7.75(3) and 8.30(5) of Wisconsin statutes to codify these requirements
