Expands Wisconsin's "safe haven law" to allow emergency medical services stations to install newborn infant safety devices, adding them to the existing authorized locations of hospitals, fire stations, and law enforcement agencies.

Defines "emergency medical services station" as a facility staffed with an emergency medical services practitioner that is not a hospital or fire station.

Requires emergency medical services stations installing safety devices to be staffed 24 hours per day with an emergency medical services practitioner and meet existing device requirements including surveillance monitoring, physical building integration, and visible interior access points.

Allows parents unable to travel to a safe haven location to call 911 to have an emergency medical services practitioner dispatched to take custody of a newborn infant (72 hours old or younger).
