Creates a Wisconsin sales and use tax exemption for breast pumps, breast pump kits, and breast pump collection and storage supplies

Covered supplies include breast shields, connectors, tubes, valves, membranes, backflow protectors, pump-specific bottles, and milk storage bags

Excludes from exemption (unless sold in manufacturer-prepackaged kits): general bottles, travel bags, cleaning supplies, nursing bras, and breastfeeding creams/ointments

Exemption expires June 30, 2027

Takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month after publication
