Raises BadgerCare Plus income eligibility for parents and caretaker relatives from 100% to 133% of the federal poverty line, effective January 1, 2029

Expands BadgerCare Plus coverage to childless adults with incomes between 101% and 133% of the federal poverty line who would otherwise qualify for BadgerCare Plus Core

Requires the Commissioner of Insurance to seek federal approval for the expanded eligibility categories

Eligibility expansion is contingent on federal approval; if not granted, individuals in the new categories would not qualify for benefits
