Prohibits health care providers from performing, causing, or referring minors under 18 for gender transition procedures including sterilizing surgeries, mastectomies, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones

Exempts treatment for minors with medically verifiable genetic disorders of sex development, treatment of complications from prior gender transition procedures, and emergency procedures to prevent imminent death or major bodily function impairment

Requires the Board of Nursing, Medical Examining Board, and Physician Assistant Affiliated Credentialing Board to investigate allegations of violations and mandates license revocation upon finding a violation

Prevents restoration of any license revoked under these provisions, unlike other license revocations which may be reinstated after one year

Takes effect on the first day of the 7th month after publication to allow time for medication tapering and discontinuation for minors currently receiving treatment
