Adds community service officers to the list of protected persons under Wisconsin's special circumstances battery statute (940.203), alongside judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers

Makes it a Class H felony to intentionally cause or threaten bodily harm to a community service officer in response to actions taken in their official capacity

Extends the same felony protection to family members of community service officers

Requires the actor to know or should have known the victim is a community service officer or their family member for the enhanced penalty to apply
