Requires all Wisconsin school boards to provide child sexual abuse prevention instruction to students in 4-year-old kindergarten through grade 12, beginning in the 2026-27 school year

Mandates curriculum covering age-appropriate facts about sexual abuse, anatomically correct body part terms, personal boundaries, consent, distinguishing safe from unsafe touch, and how to report abuse to trustworthy adults

Requires schools to annually notify parents before instruction with a grade-level outline of the program, approximate timing, and information about child sexual abuse topics including warning signs, offender behaviors, and reporting procedures

Allows parents or guardians to opt their child out of the instruction by filing a written request with the teacher or principal

Requires at least one instructional session per grade level as part of a sequential program
