Reduces the maximum agricultural land that covered foreign persons may own in Wisconsin from 640 acres to 50 acres, with the limitation applying specifically to land classified as agricultural for property tax purposes (forestry land excluded)

Prohibits covered foreign persons from acquiring, owning, or holding any real property within 10 miles of a military installation, with violators required to divest within 18 months and violations resulting in forfeiture to the state

Completely bans foreign adversaries (China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela under Maduro) from acquiring any interest in real property in Wisconsin, with violations resulting in forfeiture to the state

Raises the foreign ownership threshold for entities and trusts to be considered "covered foreign persons" from 20% to 25% of ownership/assets, while adding foreign governments to the list of covered persons

Shortens the divestiture period for excess agricultural land holdings from 4 years to 3 years and creates a new exception for agricultural research leases of 50 acres or less
