Extends postpartum Medicaid eligibility from 60 days to 365 days (one year) after the end of pregnancy, contingent on federal government approval

Applies to multiple Medical Assistance program categories, including pregnant women whose income does not exceed the standard of need and those eligible under BadgerCare Plus

Eligibility continues through the last day of the month in which the 365th day after pregnancy ends falls

Postpartum coverage continues regardless of any changes in the woman's family income during the eligibility period

Amends five sections of Wisconsin statutes (49.46, 49.47, and 49.471) to implement the extended coverage uniformly across Medicaid programs
