Creates a new criminal trespass offense for entering or remaining on licensed campground or camping resort premises after being notified not to enter or after consent has been withdrawn by the owner or operator

Authorizes law enforcement officers to assist campground owners or operators in removing trespassers upon request

Excludes state park campgrounds (under s. 27.01) from the new trespass provision, applying only to privately licensed campgrounds under s. 97.67

Exempts campground occupants and guests from landlord-tenant law (Chapter 704), while preserving rights for manufactured/mobile home community residents and those with campground contracts

Effective date: August 10, 2025 (day after publication on August 9, 2025)
