Extends Wisconsin's safe haven law age limit from 72 hours to 30 days, allowing parents to relinquish infants up to one month old without civil or criminal liability

Infants may be surrendered to law enforcement officers, emergency medical services practitioners, or hospital staff members who reasonably believe the child falls within the age limit

Parents may also leave infants in newborn safety devices installed at hospitals, fire stations, or law enforcement agencies

Amends three statutory sections (48.195, 48.355, and 48.415) to update the age threshold consistently across custody, dispositional orders, and parental rights termination provisions
