Wisconsin retains concurrent jurisdiction over juveniles age 10 or older on federal land within the state for delinquency cases and cases involving juveniles in need of protection or services

Governor is required to accept retrocession of jurisdiction from federal authorities over any juvenile matter involving alleged delinquency or protection/services needs on federal enclaves

Documents related to jurisdictional retrocession must be filed with the Secretary of State and recorded with the register of deeds in the county where the federal land is located

Amends statutes 938.12 and 938.13 to add exceptions for concurrent state jurisdiction over juvenile cases that would otherwise fall under exclusive court jurisdiction
