Requires all disability insurance policies and self-insured health plans in Wisconsin to cover diagnostic breast examinations, including breast MRI, ultrasound, tomosynthesis, and diagnostic mammography

Mandates coverage of supplemental breast screening examinations for individuals at increased risk of breast cancer per National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines, or those with heterogeneously or extremely dense breast tissue

Prohibits insurers from imposing cost-sharing (copays, deductibles) on diagnostic breast examinations and on the first supplemental breast screening examination per policy year

Extends breast cancer screening coverage requirements to the Medical Assistance (Medicaid) program, state employee health plans, municipal self-insured plans, and school district self-insured plans

Takes effect on the first day of the 4th month after publication, with requirements applying to policy years beginning January 1 of the following year
