Wisconsin Department of Justice must award grants to law enforcement agencies to acquire data-sharing platforms for integrating and sharing law enforcement data

Eligible platforms must integrate data from law enforcement systems in real-time, eliminate redundant records, and provide advanced search, analytics, and visualization capabilities

Platforms must meet security requirements including Criminal Justice Information Services compliance, granular audit logging, multifactor authentication, and permission-controlled access restricted by data type, organization, role, and investigation

Platforms must reach full operational capability within 90 days of initiation and maintain an open, interoperable architecture ensuring agencies retain all rights to their data

Grant program expires June 30, 2027
