Reauthorizes the Warren Knowles-Gaylord Nelson Stewardship 2000 Program through fiscal year 2029-30, extending it four years beyond the current 2025-26 expiration date

Creates a new major land acquisitions program requiring legislative enumeration for any DNR land acquisition project exceeding $1,000,000; DNR must submit proposed major acquisitions to the Joint Committee on Finance and legislative standing committees by January 15 annually

Reduces the annual set-aside for grants to nonprofit conservation organizations from $7,000,000 to $2,000,000, while maintaining $1,000,000 annually for DNR land acquisition

Limits state grants to governmental units to 50% of acquisition costs (40% if applied for after closing), with no more than 30% of the remaining costs payable through other grants or in-kind contributions

Requires DNR to prioritize property development projects over land acquisition projects and directs $2,500,000 of unobligated funds toward Les Voigt State Fish Hatchery and Brule State Fish Hatchery improvements
