Prohibits licensed mental health providers from performing conversion therapy on individuals under 18 years of age

Defines conversion therapy as any intervention attempting to change a person's sexual orientation or gender identity, including efforts to change behaviors, expressions of self, or reduce same-gender attractions

Excludes from the definition: counseling that assists with gender transition, provides acceptance and support, facilitates identity exploration, or addresses unlawful conduct/unsafe practices (when not aimed at changing orientation or identity)

Applies to physicians, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, social workers, and those practicing under their supervision

Requires the Medical Examining Board, Psychology Examining Board, and Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling/Social Work Examining Board to investigate allegations and impose license limitations, suspensions, or revocations upon finding a violation
