Removes the requirement that local fair organizations certify they prohibited gambling devices, intoxicating liquor sales, and "exhibitions of immoral character" from fairgrounds when applying for state aid

Counties, agricultural societies, associations, and boards holding local fairs may receive up to $20,000 in state aid to cover exhibitor prize costs

Fair organizations must still file an itemized statement with DATCP within 30 days of the fair's close showing net premiums paid to exhibitors

Finance reports on receipts, disbursements, and attendance remain due by January 31 following the fair year
