Creates a new legal definition for "synthetic intimate representation" covering AI-generated deepfake imagery that uses a person's face, likeness, or distinguishing characteristics to create realistic nude or intimate depictions

Criminalizes posting, publishing, distributing, or exhibiting synthetic intimate representations (deepfakes) of identifiable persons with intent to coerce, harass, or intimidate the depicted individual

Prohibits making reproductions of private representations when the actor knows the depicted person did not consent to the reproduction being made

Enacted October 2, 2025 and effective October 4, 2025 (day after publication date of October 3, 2025)

Amends Wisconsin Statutes section 942.09, which governs representations depicting nudity
