Increases sheriff service fees from $12 to $33 per defendant served, witness fees from $16 to $55 per day, and updates mileage reimbursement to match the IRS federal business standard mileage rate

Raises probate and register fees, including will safekeeping from $10 to $35, filing objections to probate from $20 to $69, and court support services surcharge from $51 to $88

Requires automatic adjustment of all fee amounts every 5 years beginning in 2030 based on changes in the U.S. Consumer Price Index, with the Director of State Courts posting updated amounts online
