Modifies the Department of Public Instruction's equalization aid payment schedule to school districts by gradually shifting funds from the June payment to the September payment over five years

Current payment schedule is 15% in September, 25% in December, 25% in March, and 35% in June

September payments increase by 2 percentage points annually (from 15% to 25%) while June payments decrease by 2 percentage points annually (from 35% to 25%) starting in the 2025-26 school year

By the 2029-30 school year and thereafter, equalization aid will be distributed in four equal 25% installments in September, December, March, and June

Takes effect the day after publication, with final statutory cleanup provisions effective July 1, 2030
