Increases DHS reimbursement to school districts and cooperative educational service agencies for school medical services from 60% to 100% of the federal share of allowable charges

Increases DHS reimbursement to DPI on behalf of the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Wisconsin Educational Services Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from 60% to 100% of the federal share for school medical services

Increases reimbursement for school medical services administrative costs from 90% to 100% of the federal share for all eligible entities

Amends Wisconsin statutes 49.45 (39) (b) 1. and 49.45 (39) (b) 2. to implement these reimbursement rate changes
