Extends the deadline for county boards transitioning from coroner or lay medical examiner services to physician medical examiner services to qualify for a one-time fee increase, changing the cutoff from April 1, 2016 to after December 1, 2024

Allows qualifying boards to increase death record signing fees by up to $100 above the April 17, 2015 rate

Allows qualifying boards to increase cremation permit issuance fees by up to $100 above the April 17, 2015 rate

Removes the previous requirement that the transition occur through an intergovernmental cooperation agreement under s. 66.0301

Fee increases under this provision may be established without regard to changes in the U.S. consumer price index
