Expands fleet vehicle registration eligibility beyond automobiles and light trucks (under 8,000 lbs) to include motor trucks 8,001-54,000 lbs, truck/road tractors 4,500-54,000 lbs, and trailers up to 80,000 lbs when an owner has 10 or more qualifying vehicles

Requires standard annual registration fees plus a one-time $8.50 initial issuance fee per vehicle for fleet registration

Eliminates the separate provision allowing fleet registration for 100 or more trailers used for hire or rental (section 341.308 repealed)

Changes fleet registration plates from requiring "Fleet" to be embossed to simply "displayed" on the plate, and DOT must provide the same registration expiration date for all vehicles in a fleet to the extent feasible

Takes effect on the first day of the 10th month after publication
