Expands allowable uses for technical education equipment grants to include construction, renovation, or improvement of school district facilities for training students in construction-related and advanced manufacturing fields

Permits grant funds to be used for acquiring tools, equipment, software, related materials, and instructional training for construction and advanced manufacturing programs

Simplifies matching fund requirements by requiring recipients to provide matching funds equal to or greater than the grant amount received

Broadens acceptable forms of matching contributions to include money, software, tools, equipment, or other in-kind contributions (previously limited to money or equipment)

Amends Wisconsin Statutes section 106.275 by repealing the previous tiered matching fund structure
