Requires the governor to transmit a certificate of ascertainment of presidential electors to the U.S. Archivist no later than 6 days before electors convene, with at least one security feature for authentication

Changes the presidential elector meeting date from the first Monday to the first Tuesday after the second Wednesday in December, and requires state canvass completion within 16 days of the election

Compresses recount timelines for presidential elections: county boards must convene within 2 days of receiving a recount order (instead of 3), may not adjourn until complete, and must transmit returns within 5 days

Shortens appeal deadlines for presidential recounts to 1 business day after recount completion, requires circuit court decisions within 7 days, and routes appeals directly to the Wisconsin Supreme Court rather than the Court of Appeals

Requires the Elections Commission to publish a table of all presidential election deadlines on its website; provisions first apply to the 2028 general election
