Expands eligibility for veteran status indication on Wisconsin driver's licenses and identification cards to include former members of U.S. Armed Forces reserve units and National Guard members

Qualifies reserve and National Guard members who satisfactorily completed their initial term of obligated service and received an honorable or under honorable conditions discharge

Maintains existing eligibility for former active duty U.S. Armed Forces members who received a discharge under honorable conditions

Applies to applications received by the Department of Transportation on or after the act's effective date
