Extends the $325 per pupil revenue limit adjustment for school districts through the 2026-27 school year, which was previously set to apply only to 2023-24

Beginning with the 2027-28 school year and thereafter, no per pupil adjustment will be made to school district revenue limits

Modifies revenue limit calculation provisions to apply from the 2024-25 school year through the 2026-27 school year

Updates consolidated school district revenue limit rules to align with the extended adjustment period through 2026-27

Takes effect on January 1, 2027
