Creates a Task Force on Missing and Murdered African American Women and Girls to be established by the attorney general within 45 days of the bill's effective date

Task force membership includes 2 state senators, 2 assembly members, law enforcement representatives, prosecutors, coroners/health officials, and representatives from organizations serving African American women and girls, including a survivor of gender violence

Requires examination of systemic causes of violence, data collection methods, policies impacting violence against African American women and girls, and measures to reduce violence and help victims heal

Task force must submit a report with recommendations to eliminate violence against African American women and girls to legislative standing committees by December 15, 2026

Appropriates $80,200 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $99,500 in fiscal year 2026-27 to fund 1.0 FTE position at the Department of Justice to staff the task force until it terminates on January 1, 2027
