Creates an agricultural purchase program administered by the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) to award grants for purchasing Wisconsin-made or Wisconsin-grown food products

Eligible grant recipients include nonprofit food banks, nonprofit food pantries, other nonprofit organizations, and local food distributors that provide food assistance

Appropriates $30,000,000 in general purpose revenue (GPR) for fiscal year 2025-26 as a continuing appropriation for the program

Adds 2.0 FTE GPR positions to DATCP: one program specialist and one grants specialist to administer the agricultural purchase program

Takes effect the day after publication or the 2nd day after publication of the 2025 biennial budget act, whichever is later
