Expands Wisconsin's "move over or slow down" law to include disabled vehicles, in addition to emergency and roadside service vehicles already covered under current law

Defines "disabled vehicle" as a stopped motor vehicle displaying warning/hazard lights, with emergency flares or warning devices nearby, or with one or more persons visibly attending it

Requires drivers approaching a disabled vehicle parked on or within 12 feet of a roadway to either change to a lane farther from the vehicle (on multi-lane roads) or slow to a safe speed (on single-lane roads or when lane change is unsafe)

Amends Wisconsin Statutes section 346.072 to incorporate the expanded protections
