Establishes a $30,000,000 competitive grant program through the Office of School Safety (Department of Justice) for public, private, and tribal schools to improve building safety and provide security training to personnel

Caps individual grant awards at $20,000 per applicant, with preference given to schools that have not previously received a DOJ school safety grant under s. 165.88

Requires annual reports to the Joint Committee on Finance by July 31, 2026 and July 31, 2027 detailing grants awarded and expenditures made

Program sunsets on July 1, 2027, with no grants awarded after June 30, 2027
