Requires any person who knows or has reasonable grounds to believe a burial site within a cemetery is being disturbed unlawfully to report it as soon as reasonably possible to local police or the county sheriff's office

Mandates that sheriffs and police departments prepare a report for each disturbance or potential disturbance and send copies to both the Burial Sites Preservation Board and the Cemetery Board

Requires the Department of Safety and Professional Services to create a standardized reporting form that includes the property address and municipality where the disturbance occurred

Cemetery Board must review all reports from the previous calendar year at its first annual meeting and publish each report on the board's website

Cemetery Board must submit an annual report to DSPS by March 1 listing all disturbance reports received during the previous year, including the address, municipality, and county of each incident
