Designates the I-39 overpass over STH 82 in the town of Oxford, Marquette County as the "Greg Quinn and Larry Millard Memorial Bridge"

Honors two firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty

Requires the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain markers only upon receiving sufficient contributions from interested parties (counties, cities, villages, or towns)

Prohibits state funds from being used for erecting or maintaining the markers; costs must be covered entirely by outside contributions

Enacted December 9, 2025 and took effect December 11, 2025
