Expands DOT transporter registration to include manufactured housing units, in addition to the currently allowed modular housing units and other portable buildings

Allows trailers and temporary undercarriages used for transporting manufactured housing to operate on Wisconsin highways without separate registration if displaying a valid transporter plate

Registration plates are valid only during the calendar year of issuance and may be used on any trailer or undercarriage owned by the registered transporter

Registration fees are based on the maximum combined gross weight of the building and trailer or temporary undercarriage
