Raises the age threshold for automatic Missing Child Alert eligibility from 10 years to 12 years for children whose location is unknown and who do not qualify for another alert type.

Missing Child Alerts remain available for any person under 18 years old who is believed incapable of returning home without assistance due to a physical or mental condition or disability.

Amends Wisconsin Statute 175.51 (1m) (a) 2. governing Missing Child Alert criteria.

Takes effect the day after publication date per standard Wisconsin law.
