Prohibits state and local government officials, employees, and law enforcement officers from aiding in the detention of individuals solely based on alleged unlawful immigration status

Bans Wisconsin state agencies and local governments from entering into or continuing 287(g) agreements with the federal government, which allow state/local entities to perform immigration enforcement activities

Preserves the ability of state and local officials to provide access to places or facilities when presented with a properly executed judicial warrant

Creates new section 20.932 of Wisconsin statutes to establish these prohibitions on immigration enforcement assistance
